Victoria is the CEO of HTS, building on the success of City CV, a start-up she transformed into a global boutique career and leadership consultancy. She heads the company strategy, brand and growth, while remaining closely connected to client work; advising boards, executives and organisations on career strategy and people focused transformation. A driving force behind our mission and values, she also oversees enterprise partnerships, major client engagements and the evolution of our solutions across five continents.
Victoria is widely recognised as the figurehead of HTS and an influential voice in the careers and leadership space. She delivers keynote speeches, webinars, programmes and masterclasses to global audiences, sharing insight on executive positioning, career empowerment, board pathways and the future of work. A long standing advocate for diversity and inclusion, she speaks each year to thousands of women and underrepresented groups, helping them accelerate career progression, build confidence and navigate career moments.
Her earlier career in global recruitment, spans roles at Goldman Sachs, Merrill Lynch and other top international firms. This background gives her a deep understanding of how organisations assess, hire and develop senior talent. Victoria sits on a number of boards in both Executive and Non Executive capacities. A Henley qualified executive coach and respected commentator on careers and leadership, she is regularly featured across international media.
