Karl, Operations Director
Our Operations Director, Karl oversees the systems, infrastructure and functions that underpin consistent, high quality delivery across the business. He leads operations, technology, client services, marketing execution and cross functional projects, ensuring the organisation runs smoothly and we can scale with confidence. He also manages all bids and tenders, shaping our responses across both public and private sector clients.
Karl is the person, we all turn to when something needs to work, improve or be solved. With calm judgment and pragmatic thinking, he brings structure to complex situations and turns ideas into practical, reliable action. Having begun his HTS career in 2017, writing Board and Executive CVs, leading projects and coaching senior clients, he has a rare end to end understanding of the business, from client experience and service design to the operational foundations that make growth possible.
Karl previously held executive operational and engineering roles at Siemens, Emerson and Benchmark Electronics, where he led transformation, programme management and performance improvement across technically demanding environments. His combined background in engineering, commercial leadership and client delivery, reinforced by a Master’s degree in Engineering, underpins our stability, efficiency and long term growth.
