Hayley, Executive PA to CEO | Operations Manager

Hayley is the heartbeat of our business. As Executive Assistant to the CEO, she supports leadership focus by coordinating priorities across operations, communications, events, partnerships, HR and internal processes. She manages everything from webinar delivery to partner relationships, acting as a central connection point across the organisation and ensuring day to day activity runs smoothly and professionally.

Hayley has an exceptional instinct for people and an ability to keep complex demands moving with ease. She anticipates whatnant’s needed before it’s asked, brings order to chaos andaard creates the kind of dependable stability that allows others to do their best work. Before joining us in 2017, Hayley spent over a decade in executive search, working across client facing and operational roles in fast paced environments. This experience gives her a deep understanding of the careers and recruitment sectors, and of how people and processes interact, insight she now brings to her work across our business.
