Elle, MD

Elle leads the HTS Assessment and Leadership Development practice, specialising in the design and delivery of assessment and development solutions that enable organisations to make stronger, fairer decisions about leadership, succession and performance. Her work spans board, executive and emerging leadership populations, as well as team effectiveness, enabling organisations to identify potential, strengthen capability and build high-performing, inclusive cultures.

Her approach is grounded in evidence, commercial insight and a deep understanding of how organisations operate in practice. She works with clients to embed structured, scalable approaches to talent and succession, including through programmes such as our flagship Thrive! initiative, designed to improve representation at senior levels, diversify talent pipelines and support long-term organisational performance. Elle is widely recognised for her expertise in inclusive assessment, board and team effectiveness, and leadership development. She is known for the rigour and integrity she brings to complex talent challenges, and for designing solutions that are both practical and impactful.

A Chartered Occupational Psychologist, Elle brings over 20 years’ experience working with senior leaders across the public and private sectors. She holds an MSc in Occupational Psychology, is Chartered with the British Psychological Society, and is accredited in a wide range of psychometric and assessment methodologies.
