As Client Relationship Director, Eleanor works with our executives and board candidates to shape their next steps, from leadership transitions and executive progression to portfolio development and market positioning. She also partners with HR and C suite teams across corporate clients on restructure, outplacement and people focused initiatives that support engagement, capability and inclusion.
Eleanor brings a calm, steady presence to complex moments, offering grounded insight when decisions matter. She creates the kind of conversations senior leaders rely on, thoughtful, expert, practical and anchored in good judgement. Able to read both people and context quickly, she helps our clients cut through uncertainty, refine their direction and move forward with confidence.
Starting her career with Hanover Executive Search, followed by almost 15 years at HTS, Eleanor has a deep understanding of how senior hiring works across sectors. From executive succession through to C suite and Board appointments, she has supported thousands of leaders through critical transitions and deeply cares about the long term success of every client she works with.
