Colin, Client Partner

Colin manages client relationships across our individual solutions, working with executives and board candidates to shape tailored support around leadership transitions, career progression and market repositioning. As one of the first people our clients connect with, he helps them identify the right mix of personal branding, interview preparation, coaching and outplacement support – always with a focus on what will move them forward most effectively.

Colin brings a distinctive blend of insight, empathy and commercial awareness. His consultative style centres on listening closely, asking thoughtful questions and helping leaders navigate decisions with confidence and direction. He makes people feel understood from the outset, bringing perspective, encouragement and a steady presence that helps clients and colleagues’ approach pivotal moments with greater ease and assurance.

Before joining our team in 2022, Colin spent over 20 years supporting leaders internationally through executive search, financial recruitment, career coaching, CV writing, training and outplacement. He built outsourced executive search capability for major accountancy firms and advised global organisations on hiring, development and transition programmes. Earlier in his career, he performed in major West End productions. His experience of holding an audience, reading a room and bringing a story to life now informs how he helps leaders express who they are and show up with confidence in their own careers.
